to the World!
From us to you…
Galleri Konstepidemin, Satellite to
Göteborg International Biennial
for Contemporary Art
September 4 – November 15
September 4: Biennial mingle and Opening 6–10 pm
We are in the midde of a rapid change of society, where the present structure of growth and existing organisations are challenged. The question of sustainable development is constantly on the agenda.
Focus are changing towards the basic production, for us this implies the meaning of Art.
In this context we consider ”Konstepidemin” as a link between the local and the global culture.
Local groups are proving their identity in different networks and contexts. The importance of diversity makes Konstepidemin to a natural arena in a floating world.
To Göteborg International Biennial for Contemporary Art, Konstepidemin add the local perspective. We are inviting all the artists here to perform the exhibition
”To the World!”
